The accomodation for the meeting
Important: All accommodation must be booked and paid for by the participants themselves. The registration fees and advance payments via this website only include the basic services such as selected package option, catering and a welcome package.
If you forget to book your accommodation yourself, this is no reason to get a refund of the participation fee for the #EEOTY2024!
The event centre and event location is the Parc Hôtel Alvisse in Dommeldange. All dinners and excursions will take place at or start from Parc Hôtel Alvisse.
This is also the accommodation where we have been able to reserve most of the rooms for our participants. The hotel has a car park for 300 cars, which is guarded by a security company on the nights from Thursday to Sunday. This means that your favourite cars are also safe overnight.

Camping Kockelscheuer
This is the nearest campsite, located in Kockelscheuer. The event can be easily reached via the Motorway, so it’s not close but then again not too far. Click here for the location.
