The packages of the meeting
We offer 4 options to participate in #EEOTY2024:
– Option All-In from Thursday evening to Sunday morning (2 day programme with catering and 3x evening dinner, Sunday breakfast)
– Option Friday 9:00 from Friday morning to Sunday morning (2 day programme with catering and 2x evening dinner, Sunday breakfast)
– Option Friday 18:00 from Friday evening to Sunday morning (1 day programme with catering and 2 evening dinners, Sunday breakfast)
– Option Saturday 9:00 from Saturday morning to Sunday morning (1 day programme with catering and gala dinner on Saturday, Sunday breakfast)
Catering
On the day trips on Friday and Saturday, we serve a light packed lunch per person, which includes 2 non-alcoholic drinks. Additional drinks can be purchased on site.
On Thursday evening we have a light sandwich buffet with salads, on Friday there are various hot dishes from the buffet.
On Saturday evening we have planned our gala dinner.
The end of the #EEOTY will be heralded by a communal breakfast at the Parc Hotel Alvisse. The registration fee includes the price of breakfast, regardless of where you have booked your accommodation. We recommend that you mention this when booking your accommodation.
Drinks policy
Alcoholic drinks (beer, house wine red or white) as well as non-alcoholic drinks (soft drinks, sparkling water or natural water) and coffee are included until 11 pm at the Thursday and Friday evening meals. Cocktails, spirits or champagne / sparkling wine are not included.
This also applies to the gala dinner on Saturday evening, although drinks are then included until 1am.
