On 5 February, our annual general meeting took place at the Relais Bausch in Brouch, where, among other things, Jos Wantz was honoured for his life’s work.

On 9 March, we will meet again for our traditional afternoon of bowling followed by dinner together. We will meet at the restaurant ‘Beim Koeppe Jemp’ starting at 2:00 p.m.

Our Fréijoerstour 2025 will take place next year on Saturday, 5 April, when we will make a tour to the Zylinderhaus Car Museum in Bernkastel-Kues.

In this car museum, we can discover more than 100 cars, motorcycles and many other collector’s items over an area of 5000 m2 – including complete shop fittings from the past, or a legendary DECAP Jazz organ.

We will meet on 5 April at 9 a.m. in Diekirch; the exact meeting point will be announced later. Our route will take us from Diekirch through the southern Eifel to our destination. The distance will be approximately 100 kilometres.

We plan to arrive around 11:30 a.m. We have reserved a lunch table for 30 people in the restaurant of the Zylinderhaus, with a free choice from the menu, including vegetarian and vegan dishes.

From 2:30 p.m. we will take part in a guided tour of the museum. This will take about 2 hours, after which we will travel home together or individually.

The new membership card is also available again at the beginning of the year. The design is still in the making, the topic is not yet revealed. The membership fee remains unchanged at €25 per person per year.
