We have received your details and your registration has been pre-reserved.

The following steps are necessary to guarantee your registration.

Deposit

As already explained on the EEOTY information pages, we currently have 90% of all individual costs for the meeting together. We will keep a margin though to compensate for eventualities, and ask only for a downpayment.

Confirmation and final price

The final prices will be announced by e-mail at the end of January. The final payment must then be made to the same account.

Reservation of accomodation

We have blocked rooms in 3 different hotels, which you can reserve immediately at the respective hotel. Here are the instructions for reserving the hotels and other accommodation.

Parc Hotel Alvisse:

We have special reservation codes for the Parc Hotel Alvisse, depending on your arrival date. To book your room, please proceed as follows:

• Go to https://reservations.cubilis.eu/alvisse-parc-hotel-luxembourg
• Fill-in the arrival and departure date and use the code corresponding to your arrival date:
  • EEOTY-01 for an arrival on Thursday
  • EEOTY-02 for an arrival on Friday
  • EEOTY-03 for an arrival on Saturday
• Book your room, and proceed to the payment.
